Us

We are a small family-owned business with humble beginnings, situated on a small farm in Magaliesburg on the foot of the Magalies Mountain Range. We have been actively breeding and showing our beloved breed Labradors for the better part of 15 years. We have exported many of our own pups Locally, neighboring Countries and Internationally. Through our love of our breed and assisting our Pups to be reunited with our new extended Families we gained invaluable knowledge and experience in the Requirements of different Countries Globally.

 

We decided to take this new venture a step further and offer our service and knowledge to general public seeing the need for so many South Africans choosing a better start abroad.

 

Our Knowledge of Global pet Travel learnt through the years offered us the Lifestyle that would suite our family giving us the flexibility of working with all pets from home.

 

From the start we believed in building our foundation that was based on Love, Respect and Compassion and assisting our Families with a Professional service yet best price possible.

So whether you are permanently relocating across the country or going on vacation and you want your pets with you or you are a snow bird just going away for the season, kloofzight pets on route will deliver your dog-cat- bird-exotic door to door, safe and sound… happy and content.

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FORM TO REQUEST A RESERVATION FOR YOUR PET(S). WE WILL USUALLY RESPOND WITHIN 24-48 HOURS.

After we review your travel request and confirm availability in our schedule, we will send you an invoice to the email address you have supplied on your reservation form.

The reservation fee OR payment in full must be received BEFORE we will add your pet’s trip to our upcoming schedule.

Booking confirmation fee: We charge 10% of the total transportation charges as a booking fee. We will only start with all the arrangements once this booking Fee has been paid. We will send you an invoice by email for the delivery charges. You may elect to pay the entire balance at this time; or you may choose to pay only the booking fee, but please note that the remaining balance must be paid in full BEFORE travel.

Payment of balance remaining after deposit: If you do not pay in full when invoiced, and will be paying the balance due later; you can pay from the same invoice, but please remember we require the balance be paid in full at least ONE WEEK BEFORE we pickup. We also offer Payment plans for our international clients that can be discussed with you via email. Please ask your Pet shipping agent about this option.
